Contract Hire is a rental agreement that allows you to drive a vehicle without needing to own it

Once you have chosen your vehicle and decided on your initial rental, you need to make three decisions that will affect the monthly rental payments:

• Your rental payment period choose any period between 12 and 48 months
• Mileage per year Choose how many miles you expect to drive each year
• Servicing Choose whether to include a service, maintenance and tyres plan in your agreement

Once you have paid all outstanding rentals, you simply hand your vehicle back, subject to fair wear and tear and excess mileage charges.

Contract Hire agreements are available for both personal and business customers. Contract Hire is not available to any customer intending to use the vehicle for hire and reward purposes.

Contract Hire is ideal for customers simply wanting to pay a monthly rental for the vehicle, change it on a regular fixed period and have no depreciation risk

You won’t own the vehicle and therefore won’t have the worry of ownership, you just have to hand it back at the end

There is no additional final payment at the end of the agreement (subject to excess mileage and fair wear and tear)

If you are a business user:

• An element of the VAT on rentals may be recoverable by VAT registered
• You can build in a service, maintenance and tyres plan to make budgeting even easier

The vehicles road fund licence, however, insurance is not included and you will need to arrange fully comprehensive car insurance in order to comply with T&C’s of the funders agreement

Service, maintenance and tyres is not included but can be added to your quotation if required.

One of our friendly sales team will help narrow down your vehicle requirements, once a quotation is agreed then we will ask you to complete a proposal form in order to process a credit check with the finance company.

Once approved we will ask you sign and return your order form along with the £199 administration fee.

Next, sit back, relax and keep and eye out for our updates providing you with information on the progress of your order.

Once the vehicle is built we will request you to sign your finance documents and when the car arrives with us we can arrange a convenient delivery date to you.

The vehicle will then be delivered to you by our drivers to your home or work address.

No. With a Contract Hire agreement, the funder of the agreement remain the owners at all times. You pay for the hire of the car over an agreed term and mileage and at the end of the term, the car is returned.

Delivery times will vary depending on the model of vehicle you choose, if the car is in stock or a factory order. We will provide you an estimated date of delivery at point of order and will update you as your order progresses through the factory.

We provide free of charge driven delivery within the majority of mainland UK to home or work address.

Collection depends on the type of finance contract taken and the finance provider, please ask your sales executive for more details.

Yes, we provide free of charge driven delivery within the majority of mainland UK. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland we will ask you to meet our driver at Liverpool docks or airport to collect, we are unable to load a vehicle on as unaccompanied freight for security.

For deliveries north of Edinburgh and Glasgow an additional delivery fee maybe charged. 

Alternatively, you can arrange to collect your vehicle from one of our dealerships in Eastbourne, Brighton or Worthing.

All vehicles include at least 12 months breakdown cover from the manufacturer although most manufacturers now offer 3 years cover fee of charge. Within the car or van book pack there will be an emergency number to contact day or night.

If you want to take your vehicle to Southern Ireland or Continental Europe, you must contact the funder to obtain our permission. You will then provide you with a letter of authority and a Vehicle on Hire certificate (VE103).

This must be requested 30 days prior to your planned trip.

At the end of your agreement you will not own the vehicle as you are hiring it. You are required to pay any excess mileage or fair wear and tear fees you may have incurred and hand the vehicle back to the funder.
